You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms of Use. Supawork provides AI-powered content-generation and editing tools, including tools for images, videos, audio, and resumes. We implement security measures designed to protect user information and support the safe use of our services.
Payment Security: We use third-party payment service providers, such as PayPal and Stripe, to process payments. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Payment information is processed by the relevant payment service provider in accordance with its security practices and privacy policy.
Browsing Security: The Site uses HTTPS to encrypt data transmitted between your browser and our services and help protect that data against unauthorized interception.
Data Privacy: Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal information, including information processed to provide our services and support content safety. We do not sell your personal information.
Security Testing: We conduct security testing and vulnerability assessments to help identify and address potential security risks affecting the Site and our services.
User Account Security: You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activities carried out through your account. Content Safety: Supawork conducts content safety checks on user-submitted prompts, uploaded materials—including images and videos—and generated outputs to identify and block prohibited content. These checks cover both inputs before generation and outputs before delivery to users. The applicable content restrictions, moderation measures, and safeguards are described in Section G (Content Safety, Prohibited Content and Safeguards). Personal information processed in connection with these checks is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We work to maintain and improve our security measures. However, no method of electronic transmission, storage, or content screening is completely secure or error-free, and we cannot guarantee that all security threats or prohibited content will be detected or prevented.
Supawork does not permit the use of its services to upload, generate, edit, or distribute pornography or sexually explicit content. Prohibited content includes explicit sexual acts, content depicting sexual exploitation or sexual violence, non-consensual intimate imagery, and any sexualized content involving minors, including AI-generated or manipulated depictions.
Supawork conducts content safety checks on both user inputs and generated outputs to identify and prevent prohibited content, including pornography, sexually explicit material, non-consensual intimate imagery, and any sexualized content involving minors.
Input screening. User-submitted prompts and uploaded materials, including images and videos, are screened for prohibited content before being used for generation. Inputs identified as prohibited are blocked from further processing.
Output screening. Generated results undergo an additional content safety review before being made available to users. Outputs identified as prohibited are blocked from delivery.
These safeguards apply to AI content-generation and editing features, including kissing generation, face swapping, and watermark removal. Users must not attempt to bypass or disable these checks. Content moderation may occasionally produce errors; passing a safety check does not mean that content is endorsed by Supawork or that it is lawful or free from third-party rights restrictions.
Features that generate kissing or other affectionate interactions may be used only for non-explicit depictions of consenting adults. You must obtain the necessary consent from any identifiable person whose image or likeness you use. These features must not be used to create sexualized depictions of minors, non-consensual intimate content, or content intended to harass, exploit, or deceive.
Watermark-removal tools may be used only on content you own or are authorized to modify, including authorization to remove the watermark. They must not be used to infringe third-party rights, bypass licensing or payment requirements, or remove legally required provenance or AI-generated-content disclosures.
