About the role:

        ABOUT YOU

        This is a hands-on role that requires you working in collaboration with a range of stakeholders, including your colleagues, vets, herd improvement services, contractors and consultants. Additionally, you must have:

        • Demonstrated experience working at a senior dairy farm hand or manager level role of a large-scale dairy farm operation.
        • Excellent verbal, and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
        • The ability to build and maintain sustainable relationships - high-level stakeholder management skills.
        • Experience and ability to create systems throughout the farm to foster excellent performance and production targets.
        • Excellent IT and computer skills to manage the digital management systems in place.
        • The desire and strength to uphold high standards, meet legislative obligations and best practice.
        • Ability to take responsibility be accountable and holding others accountable to deliver high quality farm outcomes.
        • A genuine and innate concern for people and animal health and well-being.

        Join our team as a Tree Care Coordinator, where you'll lead a dedicated group of arborists to ensure the efficient delivery of tree-care services across the shire. You'll play a vital role in developing sustainable strategies aligned with council's objectives and enhancing our processes.
