Delivery Driver

United Fuel InjectionRedcliffe, Perth WA
  • $50000 to $54999 annually
  • Full-time

Delivery driver position available for an enthusiastic individual who has a passion for customer service and enjoys being out and about interacting with customers.

  • Small WA owned and run business with a strong focus on customer service
  • Rewarding work with a large degree of autonomy

About Us:

United Automotive Solutions have been a small Western Australian own and run parts distributor for over 35 years. We specialise in providing workshops with high quality automotive parts. We pride ourselves on our customer service and attention to detail.

About the role:

We are looking for someone detail oriented with great time management skills for our full time delivery driver position. This position is in the metro area, using small vehicles such as a Volkswagen Caddy, Hyundai i20 and a Toyota Hilux for deliveries.

The goal is to deliver parts out to our customers in a safe and timely manner. Whether it is a small o-ring, or a large turbocharger, we believe each customer deserves the same great level of service we are known for providing.  We are looking for a long-term employee who is seeking stable employment.

Day to day tasks include:

  • Delivering parts out to various customers
  • Picking up parts from various customers
  • Ensuring vehicle is re-fuelled and clean
  • Occasionally helping with the warehouse if the deliveries are slow

About you:

You will probably describe yourself as someone who enjoys routine and takes pride in accomplishing tasks that are set out in front of them. You are organised and prefer to keep to schedules that are provided to you, rather than an unorganised “wing it” approach. You have the ability to think on your feet when needed but prefer structured guidelines. You are happy to work on your own, but don’t mind interacting with various customers for short periods of time.

What you must have to apply for this role:

  • Current C class drivers license (manual)
  • Good English speaking skills
  • Good knowledge of the metro area – not crucial but would be advantageous
  • Physically able to lift boxes in and out of vehicles when delivering

If this sounds like the job you would be interested in, we would love to get you through for an interview.

Please email through your resume and cover letter telling us a little about yourself and why you would be suited for this role.
