Telegram payments use Telegram Stars. Depending on your device and region, Telegram may support Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit cards, debit cards, or other available payment methods.
If your Telegram account does not have enough Stars, Telegram will ask you to top up before the invoice can be completed.
Step 1
Choose Telegram as your payment method
After selecting a credits package, choose Card via Telegram in the payment method dialog. Check the selected package, then continue to payment.
Step 2
Open the invoice in Telegram
Telegram opens the invoice so you can finish checkout in the Telegram environment. If Telegram is not installed or you are not signed in, install Telegram and log in before continuing.
- On iOS or Android, the invoice may open in the Telegram mobile app.
- On Windows, macOS, or Linux, it may open in Telegram Desktop.
- In some cases, it may open in Telegram Web inside your browser.
Step 3
Review the payment details
Before paying, review the invoice summary carefully and confirm that it matches the credits package you selected on Supawork AI.
- Confirm the selected credits package.
- Check the required Telegram Stars amount.
- Confirm the payment recipient shown by Telegram.
Step 4
Complete payment and receive your credits
When the invoice is ready, pay it in Telegram. After Telegram confirms the payment, your credits are added to your Supawork AI account automatically. Refresh the site or check your account balance if the number does not update immediately.
Troubleshooting
Insufficient Stars balance
Telegram payments require enough Stars in your Telegram account. If the balance is not enough, Telegram will block the payment and ask you to add Stars first.
After topping up, reopen the invoice and complete the final invoice payment. Adding Stars alone does not issue credits.
Payment error when buying Stars
If Telegram shows an error while buying Stars from the invoice page, add Stars from your Telegram account settings, then return to the checkout invoice.
Important: topping up Stars is only preparation. The Supawork AI credits are issued only after the Telegram invoice itself is paid.
Open Telegram and go to Settings.
Open My Stars from the settings screen.
Check your Stars balance and choose Top Up Balance.
Select a Stars package and complete the top-up with an available payment method.
Return to the original checkout page and reopen the invoice to finish paying for your credits.
Notes
- Telegram Stars are processed by Telegram official payment systems. Supawork AI does not store or process full payment card details directly.
- Make sure you are signed in to the correct Telegram account before paying, because Stars and payments belong to that account.
- Buying Stars is not the same as buying credits. You must complete the final Telegram invoice payment to receive credits.
- Credits are usually delivered shortly after Telegram confirms the payment. If the balance does not update, refresh the page or log in again.
- Platform fees may apply when Stars are purchased through mobile app stores. Desktop or web top-ups may have different fee rules.
